For some reason this morning during meditation I was looking at Hitler in his “fury” barking at his cohorts and how that expression was echoing out all zig-zaggy cutting patterns in his aura. I was wondering about it still lingering in the ‘field’ of consciousness and how that affects life. I looked in my own space to find my neutrality and forgiveness of where I have let rage come through my channel.
I come downstairs and my house mate barks out an order... At first I’m like ‘hello, haven’t seen this character in a while...breathe, ground... “I need a half hour please to have my breakfast.” Our cat got his shit knocked out of him yesterday – needless to say all over his long fluffy coat… cat fight? “We need to call animal control and the shelter and the veterinarian. I'm going to get a pellet gun, we absolutely can’t have a cat attacking Ozzie (our cat) in this neighborhood!" “ I was thinking of a squirt gun!” We both laugh softly. “I hit a speed bump.” he admits. “Breathing is helpful, in your body.” We hug. peace is an active process
