Are you in touch with your dreams?

We are alot more than our physical bodies and what we think we are aware of.  Our dream time has so many resources to learn about who we are and work and heal things, to name a few.

I had a dream that seemed relevant to more than just me.  It was set in a store and these men were discussing that "we" it seemed they were implying women - "need to own our shopping carts"  The message I got from this was to become aware of what one is taking home, or buying, what one is receiving basically. 

The feminine is receptive and also about what we value, and how we spend our time. On intuitive energetic levels we can buy into ideas, have some of our unconscious energy stashed away in all sorts of "stuff" beliefs and programming - spend time engaged in activities that are less than nurturing or supportive. (unconsciously draining)

It takes havingness to first own the shopping basket - with what ever has been in it - non-judgment.  And then from there, to become aware of stuff that may not be working any more, courage, neutrality and compassion sprinkled in. 

We each deserve the best for ourselves!

In among the same dream sequence I became aware of myself still acting out an old work dynamic.( my energy was still in a particular picture)   I am working on updated my work space so I was very appreciative to have that brought to my awareness so I can reclaim that part of my energy to express in a new way that works for me now.
