All of the services I offer are designed with your next step  in sight, and my holding space for your shifting toward that, releasing the information that is no longer useful, bringing your human beingness in closer relationship to your Soul. 

There are many words for all of this, but it is in the experiential  where the action is.
Learning tools such as  grounding - to ground off the chaotic energies that are not yours, and establishing an inner sanctuary of soul awareness.  From this "space" we are present to the timeless, tuning into our connection to the Cosmic, yet grounded - and bringing this into practical every day life..
